Now that you have become a Christian several things have happened to you.

You are now a Child of God

You have been forgiven

You have entered the Kingdom of god

You have been born again.

You have been given the Holy Spirit and He dwells within you

You have eternal life

 

The Bible tells us all that we need to know.
Some people say, "I don't feel saved!"
If we hear and believe the promises of God that we are given eternal live when we receive Jesus, then the simple fact is that we are saved.
Jesus says, "I tell you for certain that everyone who hears my message and has faith in the one who sent me has eternal life and will never be condemned. they have already gone from death to life." John 5: 24

The Bible says that we can be sure.
John the Apostle says that if we believe that Jesus is truly Christ, we are God's children. Paul tells us that when we become Christians god the Father gave us the indwelling gift of the Holy Spirit who made us adopted children of god and fellow heirs with Christ! 1 John 4: 19 - 5: 15

God the Father gave us the Holy Spirit to live within us and to adopt us as children of God. Romans 8: 14-17

The Bible shows you how you can know for yourself.
If you gave your life to Christ, you have Jesus!
If you have Jesus, you have eternal life! 1 John 5: 1

Salvation is a free gift.
We didn't earn it. God gave it. he does not take it away. Ephesians 2: 6-10
